Another one bites the dust!Just got an email from the Sports Illustrated photo department letting me know that they had looked at this photo for the Leading Off section of the magazine (the BIG two-page layouts) but that it didn't make the final cut.
So what's the big deal? Well, it's not that big of a deal except that I've received the same email 3 times in the past few years. Close...but just not quite there!
One of these days...I hold out hope that I will land one of those coveted spots!
